Our Chermside campus runs the complete range: Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage, Diploma of Screen and Media Makeup, Diploma of Salon Management, Certificate III in Nail Technology, Certificate III in Barbering and Certificate III in Hairdressing. Brisbane is one of only two Demi campuses, alongside Cairns, offering all seven qualifications.

Diploma courses generally take 12 to 18 months and cover a broader scope of practice. Certificate III courses are a quicker, more focused trade qualification. Full-time and part-time options are available across all seven Chermside courses.

The Diploma of Beauty Therapy is the highest nationally recognised beauty qualification available in Australia and our most popular course. Because Brisbane teaches the full range, it’s also the campus where you can pair it with Screen and Media Makeup or Nail Technology in the same location.
With full-time study you can complete the Diploma of Beauty Therapy in around 12 months at our Brisbane campus. Part-time study is also available for students balancing other commitments.
Demi International blends face-to-face and online learning where available, but practical components must always be completed on campus at our Chermside facility.
Our Chermside courses cover practical skills across facials, waxing, massage, manicures, pedicures, makeup, hairdressing and barbering depending on the qualification, alongside client consultation and salon hygiene. All training is hands on and delivered in a real working student clinic.
